I’ve been a foodie for as long as I can remember. Even when I went vegan more than 3 years ago, I found an abundance of delicious options for me in Vancouver. I’m always bringing my non-vegan friends to plant-based restaurants to show them that yes, vegan foodies exist! Not only is a plant-based diet (and vegan lifestyle) more sustainable for the planet, it’s also more humane – AND DELICIOUS!
One of my favourite restaurants, MeeT, has amazing features every week. One week, they had the calamari wrap. Let’s all of us just take a moment. Here’s what the regular calamari vs. the wrap feature looks like:
