Mix ‘n Munch – Surrey Salad Club

Engaging students in interesting discussions on sustainable food systems while eating a free healthy salad.
Embark is launching a new project called Mix ‘n Munch. A social gathering where you’ll meet curious sustainability peers while learning about plant-based meal options, the practice of gardening, and dive deeper into what a sustainable food system entails.
And the coolest part – all of this goes down as you’re munching on a free healthy salad made with produce from our learning garden.
Join our pilot event and make this a regular thing at SFU Surrey Campus! We hope to see you there.
