A Ramadan Community Kitchen with Embark Sustainability
Community Kitchens are back in person for this iftar feast! Join Embark Sustainability and the SFSS Women’s Centre for a guided discussion on culture and food, diasporas, and how to make space for yourself outside of your homeland.
This iftar will specifically focus on Somali heritage and Ramadan customs for Somali communities across the world. Ramadan is a special time for community-building and gathering, so join us to learn more about cultural connection. This event is open to ALL members of the SFU community!
