Brittany Bruskiewicz
Brittany is a recent grad from the Faculty of Health Sciences and is currently working in the field of nutrition. She is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle through food, where she developed a love for creating plant-based recipes. During her time in university, she had to find efficient ways to cook nutritious meals while on a tight schedule. In this community kitchen, she will be exploring topics such as meal planning, affordable plant-based eating, and healthier alternatives to everyday staples. In her spare time, she loves to road bike, travel, sit by the ocean, explore cafes, and develop new recipes!
