Embark Camp

Get to know Embark and tour the SFU Burnaby Campus through a sustainability lens.

Join us for our inaugural Embark Camp taking place on September 20th, 2018. This event is meant to be an initial introduction to Embark and build a sense of community for both new and returning students. Whether you want to get involved at Embark, attend our events, or simply want to meet new people, the Embark Camp is the space for you to start your semester off on the right foot.

In this event, we will be doing things like a scavenger hunt, a campus art walk, having a meal together and more. This event is completely free and available for any SFU undergraduate and graduate student, as well as Embark Associate Members. RSVP now! Meeting point is the West Mall Centre Lounge on the third floor.

This event is being hosted on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. In particular, this includes the land of the Tsleil-Waututh, Musqueam, Skwxwú7mesh, and Kwikwetlem nations where we work, live, and play.

This event involves moving through the SFU Burnaby Campus. If you have any accessibility or mobility questions and concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact Ruth Briggs at programs@embarksustainability.org so that we can make sure the event is open and engaging for everyone.
